QuizPeek Terms of Service & Refund Policy

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the QuizPeek browser extension, Android application, or web portal (https://quizpeek.io.vn). By signing in, purchasing credits, or using QuizPeek, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

QuizPeek is an AI-powered study and practice assistant available via browser extension, Android application, and web portal. Users sign in with a Google account and use digital credits ("Credits") to analyze questions and receive AI-generated answers and study explanations.

2. Account Registration & Free Trial Credits

You must sign in using a valid Google account to access QuizPeek features.
New accounts receive complimentary starter Credits (currently 10 free Credits) to test the service before making any purchase.
Your Credit balance is synced across the QuizPeek Chrome Extension, Android App, and Web Portal when signed in with the same Google account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and session.

3. Pricing, Credits & Payment Methods

QuizPeek offers one-time digital Credit packages (not recurring subscriptions):

Starter Pack (150 Credits): 20,000 VND (via VietQR) or $2.00 USD (via Google Pay / International Card)
Popular Pack (400 Credits): 50,000 VND (via VietQR) or $5.00 USD (via Google Pay / International Card)
Value Pack (850 Credits): 100,000 VND (via VietQR) or $10.00 USD (via Google Pay / International Card)
Ultimate Pack (1,800 Credits): 200,000 VND (via VietQR) or $20.00 USD (via Google Pay / International Card)

International payments in USD include applicable international payment processing fees and are processed securely through our authorized payment partners / Merchant of Record (such as Creem.io). Purchased Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

4. Credit Usage & Automatic Error Refunds

Fast Mode: Consumes 1 Credit per valid AI answer request.
Accurate Mode: Consumes 2 Credits per valid AI answer request.
If a screenshot contains no recognizable question or if a system/AI error prevents an answer from being generated, the reserved Credit(s) for that request are automatically refunded to your account balance.

5. Refund Policy

Because QuizPeek provides instant access to digital Credits and AI computing resources (and provides 10 free starter Credits to evaluate the service prior to purchase):

Unused Credit Packages: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase provided that none (0) of the Credits from that purchased package have been used.
Duplicate or Accidental Charges: If you were charged twice for the same order or experienced a billing error, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.
Partially or Fully Used Packages: Once Credits from a purchased package have been consumed for AI requests, that package is non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund: Email baonhq1406@gmail.com (or baonhq.se@gmail.com) with your Google account email and order code (e.g., QPXXXXXX). Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Acceptable Use & Academic Integrity Policy

QuizPeek is designed and provided strictly as an AI study assistant, homework helper, and personal educational reference tool. By using QuizPeek, you agree that:

You will use QuizPeek solely for self-study, homework revision, practice problem analysis, and understanding core concepts.
You will NOT use QuizPeek during live, proctored, or officially supervised exams, standardized tests, or graded academic evaluations where external assistance, unauthorized aids, or electronic devices are prohibited by institutional rules or regulations.
You assume sole and exclusive responsibility for compliance with all institutional honour codes, university academic integrity policies, and examination regulations. The developer and operators of QuizPeek disclaim any and all liability or disciplinary consequences arising from unauthorized, illicit, or unethical use by users.
You will not use QuizPeek to capture or transmit sensitive personal data, passwords, financial credentials, or unlawful content.
You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, scrape, or abuse the QuizPeek API or payment system.
Accounts engaging in fraudulent payment methods or abusive activity will be permanently suspended.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

QuizPeek uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini models) to analyze questions and suggest answers. AI-generated outputs are provided "as is" for study and reference purposes and may occasionally contain inaccuracies. QuizPeek does not guarantee 100% accuracy on every question.

8. Account Termination & Deletion

You may request permanent deletion of your QuizPeek account and associated data at any time via our Account Deletion page. Details on how your data is handled are set out in our Privacy Policy.
